At Feminine Ocean, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care), we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure every customer receives a pristine product.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
• Unopened and Unused: The safety seal, cellophane wrap, and original packaging must be completely intact.
• Original Packaging: The item must be in its original box with all tags/labels attached.
• Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any makeup or skincare products that have been opened, swatched, or tested.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
In case of missing items or lost packages where the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, you must notify our customer care team at shop@feminineocean.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Upon receiving your report, we will initiate a formal investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that we are unable to process inquiries, investigations, or issue replacements/refunds for cases reported after this strict 7-day window.
6. Non-Resale Policy
Products purchased on our website are for personal use only. Commercial resale or unauthorized distribution of Feminine Ocean products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel any orders that suspect reselling activity.
7. Non-Returnable Items
• Personal Care Goods: Opened, swatched, or used beauty products.
• Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotion, flash sale, or clearance.
• Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still be in its original, unopened condition, with safety seals intact, and in its original packaging.
10. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
